External Audit

We provide external audit services in accordance with international standards on auditing as approved and applicable in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where we review the financial statements and ensure the integrity of the accounting records of the organization to determine the correctness and fairness of the financial statements prepared in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) as endorsed in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and other standards and pronouncements that are issued by Saudi Organization for Certified Public Accountants (“SOCPA”) and to form an opinion that the financial statements are fair and fair in all respects. We also submit reports to the management indicating weaknesses in the internal control system of the company and any other observations that help the company improve its performance.
